Przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 10, art. 12 ust. 7 i 12, art. 14 ust. 8, art. 22 ust. 3, art. 36 ust. 2, art. 37 ust. 12, art. 40 ust. 7, art. 45b ust. 1, art. 45c, art. 46 ust. 4, art. 47 ust. 10, art. 47a ust. 2 i 3, art. 47b ust. 2, art. 48 ust. 8, art. 49 ust. 6, art. 52 ust. 7, art. 53, art. 55 ust. 3, art. 55a ust. 2, art. 59 ust. 12, art. 60 i art. 63 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 140, zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 11, art. 24 ust. 6, art. 40, art. 51, art. 56, art. 57 ust. 11, art. 72, art. 73 ust. 8, art. 83 ust. 1, art. 92 ust. 5, art. 93 ust. 2, art. 94 ust. 4, art. 101, art. 103 ust. 9, art. 109 ust. 9 i art. 118 niniejszej ustawy, jednak nie dłużej niż do dnia 31 stycznia 2017 r.
